Charu Kalluri brings to Pointman several years of experience as a product manager and technical marketing expert. As a product manager for 7 years at MathWorks, a software firm in Massachusetts, she implemented product growth strategies, conducted market research, and developed product goals and roadmaps. In her new position, Kalluri’s responsibilities will be to help develop Pointman’s growing suite of apps and streamline the product line. She plans to work closely with the sales team, development team, marketing team, and customer success team to meet these goals. Kalluri has a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Villanova University, and a Master of Business Administration from The State University of New York at Buffalo.
Debra Spearing has joined Pointman team after 6 years of teaching at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. She will use her expertise of Psychology, in which she has her PhD, to draw potential out of individuals and teams. Her position is not only handle hiring and internal affairs, but also begin a team development program to support the company. Spearing has her Master of Arts in Psychology from Medaille College as well as her Doctor of Philosophy in Business Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, having completed her dissertation on: The Influence of Motives and Motive Fulfillment on Non-Profit Board Member Performance.
Jennifer Hillman brings expertise in marketing, lead generation and corporate branding. Most recently, she was Marketing Director at Garland Technology, managing all aspects of marketing, lead generation and establishing their brand identity. In her transition to Pointman, Hillman plans to bring her 20+ years of experience in business to business marketing to build brand identity and to create a lead generation program. Hillman received her Bachelor of Science from Medaille College.
Pointman’s flagship products, SWRemote and Field Nimble are desktop and field service apps that serve residential and light commercial contractors, such as Plumbing, HVAC and Electrical. With an easy, one-touch interface, home service companies can manage all of their business functions, including: scheduling and dispatch, customer management, billing, invoicing and payment.
